产品用途Application


用于拭子类样本、植物组织类样本的预处理和核酸释放,快速裂解各类常见样本,无需纯化;样本裂解物可直接作为模板进行扩增反应。

It is used for pre-processing and nucleic acid release of swab samples and plant tissue samples, rapidly cracking all kinds of common samples without purification; The sample lysate can be directly used as a template for amplification reaction.

Tips:其下游结合我司恒温扩增试剂对核酸进行检测。

操作步骤及流程  Operation procedure and process

样本和释放剂加入后,通过涡旋振荡或吹打混匀;

After the samples and releaser are added, they are mixed by vortex oscillation or blowing.

混匀后置于40°C孵育5min,用于上样检测;

After mixing, incubate at 40°C for 5min for sample testing;

样本处理后,取适量的裂解物的上清液作为模板,直接用于扩增反应(对于杂质较多的样本,可离心后取上清检测)。

After the sample is treated, an appropriate amount of the supernatant of the lysate is taken as a template for direct amplification reaction (for samples with more impurities, the supernatant can be centrifuged for detection).

Q:裂解效果差是怎么回事?

A:样本须与裂解液充分混合,可用枪头吹吸或振荡混匀,提高裂解效率。

Q:LD-1管结晶凝固了怎么办?

A:LD-1 在温度低于20 ℃环境下易结晶或凝固,使用前可用 30 ℃- 40 ℃水浴或金属浴仪器进行融解。
